My Offerings
I offer sound healing experiences, including in-person sound baths, one-to-one sessions and recorded sound healing and energetic support recordings.
Information about each offering, including pricing, duration and what is included, will be provided on the relevant product or booking page.
Sound Healing & Wellbeing
My sound healing sessions and recordings are offered for relaxation, meditation, personal wellbeing and self-exploration.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or psychological condition and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Please seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional if you have concerns about your physical or psychological health.
If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, have a history of seizures, or have any other concern about whether a sound bath or recording is appropriate for you, please seek appropriate professional advice before participating.
Copyright & Personal Use Licence
All original recordings, audio content, written material and other creative content provided by me remain my intellectual property and are protected by copyright law.
When you purchase a recording, you are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use that recording for your own personal, private use.
Your purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership of the recording to you.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, resell, sublicense, publish, upload, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise make the recording available to another person or the public without my prior written permission.
This includes sharing download links or copies of recordings with friends, family, clients, groups, organisations or on social media.

Digital Products
Once payment has been successfully processed, access to a purchased recording will be provided according to the delivery method described on the relevant product page.
Please contact me if you experience a technical problem accessing or downloading a recording, and I will do my best to resolve it.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable law
5. Bookings & Cancellations
Booking and cancellation terms for in-person sound baths and one-to-one sessions will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
If you need to cancel or change a booking, please follow the cancellation timeframe and process stated for that particular session.
If I need to cancel or substantially change a session, I will contact you and provide an appropriate option, which may include transferring your booking to another session or providing a refund where appropriate.
Payments
All prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be completed at the time of purchase or booking unless another arrangement has been agreed with me.
Your Use of This Website
You agree to use this website and my content respectfully and lawfully.
You may not use, reproduce or commercially exploit my content without my written permission.
Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time as my business develops.
The current version will always be available on this website.
Any changes will apply from the date they are published and will not affect rights you have already acquired.
